SNIPERFEST 2026
A New Chapter
September 28–30, 2026 | Sierra 1 Site | Heber, Arizona
Founded in 2010 by Michael Puente, Founder of Strong & Courageous, SniperFest was created with one mission: to bring together the nation's finest law enforcement and military precision professionals to train together, exchange knowledge, and continually raise the standard of tactical excellence.
What began in 2010 has grown into a nationally recognized sniper conference and training event, bringing together law enforcement, military, and corrections professionals from across the country. After years away, SniperFest returns in 2026 with a renewed vision, expanded opportunities, and an exciting partnership with BRVO Tactical.
This is more than a conference. It is a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and the men and women who dedicate their lives to serving and protecting others.
Why SniperFest Matters
Every day, law enforcement officers, military personnel, and corrections professionals are called upon to make life-changing decisions under extraordinary pressure. The quality of their training can influence outcomes, strengthen confidence, and improve performance when it matters most.
SniperFest exists to provide a professional environment where those who serve can continue learning, exchange ideas, evaluate emerging technologies, and challenge one another to become better prepared for the responsibilities they carry.
Our mission is simple: to strengthen the tactical community by investing in the people who protect our communities and our nation.
About SniperFest
For more than a decade, SniperFest has served as a gathering place for professionals who understand that success behind the rifle requires far more than marksmanship. It demands discipline, sound judgment, adaptability, leadership, teamwork, and a relentless commitment to continuous improvement. SniperFest brings together instructors, tactical teams, military personnel, corrections professionals, industry leaders, and equipment manufacturers to exchange ideas, demonstrate emerging technologies, and challenge one another through realistic training.
Originally founded in 2010 by Michael Puente, SniperFest was created to provide a professional environment where the tactical community could come together to learn from nationally respected instructors, strengthen professional relationships, and improve the capabilities that matter most when lives are on the line.
Today, SniperFest enters its next chapter while remaining true to its original purpose: building better professionals, strengthening the tactical community, and investing in those who protect our communities and our nation.

The Vision Behind SniperFest
SniperFest was founded in 2010 by Michael Puente, Founder of Strong & Courageous and a career law enforcement professional with more than two decades of experience in tactical operations, instructor development, and leadership.
Throughout his career, Michael has served as a SWAT operator, sniper team leader, academy instructor, statewide law enforcement trainer, and national presenter, dedicating his career to preparing others for the challenges they face in service.
SniperFest was built on a simple belief:
When professionals train together, share knowledge, and continually challenge one another to improve, everyone benefits.
The event was created to unite law enforcement, military, and corrections professionals in an environment where ideas are exchanged, relationships are built, and training standards continue to evolve.
Today, that vision continues through a renewed partnership with BRVO Tactical, combining exceptional instructors, a world-class training facility, and a shared commitment to developing the next generation of tactical professionals.
